Skills manage करना

Configuration files edit किए बिना skills enable या disable करें:

arka skills list

Disabled skills routing और capability discovery के लिए दिखते रहते हैं, लेकिन execution एक explicit enable command से block होता है। Preferences Arka के user configuration में skills.json के अंतर्गत store होती हैं।

एक custom skill बनाएँ

arka skill new api_checker --template dev --guided

Wizard एक description और प्राकृतिक-भाषा triggers माँगता है, फिर skill.json, run.py, README.md, और TEST_PLAN.md बनाता है। यह मौजूदा manifests में duplicate triggers जाँचता है और non-colliding phrases सुझाता है।
