GitHub Actions

检查、创建和监控 GitHub Actions 工作流。

生成的工作流会安装项目、运行 Ruff，并在推送到 main 及 pull request 时 运行 Pytest。除非显式传入 --force，否则不会覆盖已有的工作流。也支持 诸如 “setup GitHub Actions in this repo” 和 “did the production build fail?” 等自然语言请求。状态命令是只读的，会使用 GitHub CLI（gh）检查最近的 远端运行。
