Index code for retrieval-augmented advice with Supermemory.

Normal memories remain opt-in and unchanged. To explicitly index code for retrieval-augmented advice, use:

arka supermemory remember-code src/arka/router.py
arka supermemory remember-code src/arka/router.py --chunk-lines 160

Arka stores bounded chunks with file path, language, line ranges, code tags, and project trust metadata. This improves targeted retrieval without silently uploading an entire repository. Review your privacy and API settings before using cloud mode; MEMORY=local keeps the chunks local.
